Stand by me

I'm taking a stand today. I will no longer allow myself to be a drinker or a smoker. Right now, from nothing, I am the possibility of Creativity, Vitality, and Celebration. And that doesn't have to include booze.

I completed a review of the Landmark Advanced Course this weekend. I'm so glad I did. Now I remember that suffering is optional, and I remember how to stop it. Now, on to living a powerful life and living a life I love! Onward!

I'm so lost. Sitting at my desk procrastinating. Good l*rd. Gotta get moving!
